Surrender Your Soul
Enslain Magazine Issue #7
This sounds reminiscent of "death metal" before it came into promenance. The songs are mid-paced for the most part. While the vocals have a death flavor to them, there is something about the music that keeps it slightly apart from what is death metal by todays standards. Reminds me of old Obituary, but faster. The songs take time to become familiar. The CD production could be heavier, which would put these songs a step closer to death metal. Dynamics seem at a constant level throughout. The material, while not ground-breaking, is fair to suit less discerning tastes. With improved production, and diversity in songwriting, Fatal Liquidatoin would stand out as a new voice in an older context.
