Night Conquers Day
Rebellion is the Art of Survival
Enslain Magazine Issue #7
There's something very raw about Night Conquers Day. This comes partially from the recording sound, the guitars having a less clean sound though played cleanly, and the overall production feel is dark. However, I think even if this had the cleanest production possible, the music's quality goes well beyond relying on the recording sound to make it raw. There is nothing happy about this, it's fast but downtrodden, with some higher-toned guitars reaching above the low tones, but each cuttingly sharp. This release is extreme underground metal, covering all classifications of this, and at the same time it's easy to listen to and has a lot of depth.
