Napalm Death

Words From the Exit Wound (Earache)
Enslain Magazine Issue #6
Order Issue #6! This review included. Here is yet another release from Napalm. The line-up on this album is the same as it was on "Death by Manipulation" with the exception of the drummer, Danny Herrera. Danny was also on the last album, "Inside the Torn Apart." You just really can't say enough good things about this guy. I though he was a god when it came to drumming, and seeing them live recently confirmed the theory. This is another very strong release where Napalm shows that they can write songs. Real songs. Again they exhibit longer, more melodic, slower songs. Don't worry, there is still grind, more than on the last album. Anyone who got bored of Napalm being just another grindcore band has to pick this up, and those who are defined, tried, and true Napalm fans, this is a must have. Napalm once again shows us that they will continue to march on and not fall victim to the same bug that bit Metallica. This album represents new direction for Napalm, without straying from what makes Napalm "Napalm." -- Chris
