(Auburn Records) Enslain Magazine Issue #8
This album really brings back the memories: memories of 80's metal in all it's glory. These guys could double for early Metal Church. The album is a little on the short side, but it's a great piece for those into this kind of music. I'm starting to really like the album; overall it's pretty well done. Production is very basic, but good nonetheless. It's the lighter side of metal, but there is a lot of talent. The guitar riffs are definitely right out of the 80's, but very well played and with some really decent leads. Drums are basic, but fit very well and have great sound. It's been a while since I've heard anything like this, and I'd like to hear more like it as time goes on. If you liked the 80's, get this.
